Everyday we move.
Whether it’s stretching your arms, wiggling your toes, or running a marathon we all move constantly.
Yet we believe to “focus” we must sit still.
In coaching I notice we sit a lot, when there is no reason we can’t intentionally get up and move. I find most people love the chance to stand, stretch, pace, walk, write, or doodle as a way to focus.
